After the sudden declaration of war of the Belkan Federation on multiple countries like the Osean Federation, Kingdom of Sapin & Republic of Ustio (Allied Forces) in August 1995, 3 Months have passed and the war is still ongoing. The Belkan Government recognizes the advantage of prioritizing the takeover of the Kingdom of Sapin to gain a strategic advantage on the other two countries.
